The EXL (studies of EXotic nucLei with electromagnetic and light hadronic probes) setup aims for the investigation of unstable exotic nuclei via scattering on light ions at intermediate energies. Within the planned NESR ring unstable nuclei are planned to be scattered off light nuclei, and reaction products to be detected by a complex detection system.
